To sign up for Studiz, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your iOS or Android device.

2. Install Studiz: Search for "Studiz" and download the app to your device.

3. Open the app: Once the installation is complete, open the Studiz app.

4. Create an account: Click on the "Join Studiz as a student" button.

5. Provide information: Fill in the required fields, including your education institution, full name, email address, password, and any other necessary details.

6. Verify student status: The verification process is handled in different ways depending on which educational institution you belong to. Usually, we verify you using WAYF or UNI-login, but you may need to provide documentation such as a student ID or enrollment letter.

7. Complete registration: Once your student status is verified, your Studiz account will be successfully created, and you can start enjoying exclusive student discounts and other features of the app.

To navigate the Studiz app and find student discounts, you have several options:

- Open the Studiz app and navigate to the "Discount" page. Here, you'll find a curated list of featured discounts and deals available for students. Scroll through the list to discover various offers from different businesses and categories.

- Explore discounts available near your current location using the map feature. You'll see markers on the map indicating locations where student discounts are available. Tap on a marker to view details about the discount at that location.

- Browse discounts based on specific categories that interest you. Find the categories slider on the “Discount” page and explore discounts sorted by categories such as food, entertainment, travel, and more.

- Use the search bar located at the top of the app to search for specific discounts or businesses. Enter keywords related to the discount you're looking for (e.g., "pizza," "movie tickets," "clothing") and press enter.
Make sure you're entering the correct username and password. Check for any typos or errors in both fields. If you're unsure of your password or think you may have forgotten it, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it. Follow the prompts to create a new password and try logging in again.
In your Studiz app, look for the "Settings" options within the app which is accessible on the “Other” page. Click on the “Security” section where you will be able to reset a new password. You'll typically need to enter your current password as a security measure. Then, input your desired new password.
We always encourage students to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first one to find out about the newest student deals! If you would like to change your preferences when it comes to notifications and receival of newsletters, follow these steps:

- In your Studiz app, look for the "Settings" options within the app which is accessible on the “Other” page. Click on the “Notifications” section where you will see different notifications options we provide. If you wish to subscribe to newsletters and push-notifications, toggle the option to enable newsletter subscriptions.

- You can also unsubscribe from receiving the newsletters by clicking and navigating the link at the bottom of the mail you received in your inbox.
If you encounter any technical issues while using the Studiz app, here's what you can do:

1. Check for Updates: Make that you are using the latest version of the Studiz app. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve existing technical issues.

2. Restart the App: Close the Studiz app completely and then reopen it. This can help refresh the app and resolve minor glitches.

3. Check Internet Connection: Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Poor internet connectivity can cause issues with app functionality

4. Contact Customer Support: If the problem persists, contact Studiz customer support for assistance. You can find contact information within the app or on the Studiz website. Provide details about the issue you're experiencing, including any error messages you may have encountered.
